WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 26 | 6 PM - 9 PM

You’re invited to a special Día de los Muertos event at Toro featuring a Mayan Copal Ceremony by healer Nataline Cruz, followed by a four-course culinary experience with beverage pairings by Chef Richard Sandoval. 

The Mayan Copal Ceremony is both educational and immersive, where you’ll learn about the ancient traditions of Mesoamerican tribes - including healing methods using tequila and copal.

The four-course dinner with beverage pairings will be hosted by acclaimed Chef Richard Sandoval. This culinary experience will feature festive dishes & drinks that themed around the rich history and narrative of the Día de los Muertos celebration. Enjoy smoky cocktails including the Palo Santo Margarita and Pineapple Mezcal Sour and savor dishes like the Tortilla Talavera, Seafood Pozole and Mole Coloradito Enchiladas.

Each guest will also take home a hand-poured palo santo candle to commemorate the experience, or place at the ofrenda to light for their loved ones.

SCHEDULE:

6:00 PM - 6:30 PM - Arrival & Check-In, You will be greeted with a Palo Santo Margarita and small bite.

6:30 PM - 7:30 PM - Copal Ceremony with Mayan Healer Nataline Cruz on Toro's West Patio

7:30 PM - 9:30 PM - 4-Course Dinner with Chef Richard Sandoval
