Join us for a special Día de los Muertos 3 course tasting menu dinner that expands the El Sol story into an immersive evening of food, cocktails and remembrance.

The three-course journey moves from the stillness before dawn to first light, the sun’s ascent, its golden zenith and the return of dusk. Each course highlights ingredients connected to the sun—including maíz amarillo, saffron, marigold, achiote and piloncillo—and is thoughtfully paired with a drink from the El Sol collection.

Golden-hour lighting, culinary storytelling and Toro's ofrenda will create a warm, communal setting for honoring those who came before us. Seating will be limited.
